Ok I know we have been slack on posting, but we have had alot of stuff going on....I had a milestone recently, I just topped 250 again...Today I was 253 :( Soooo..... Decided to revive ClydePryde and document my new journey back to fitness. I am in fairly good shape as I did 3.25 miles tonite at a 9 minute pace. Not too shabby especially carrying around my extra 30 pounds of pizza dough..
This gives me hope that getting back on the program and eating right I can get back in race ready form by the end of October, just in time for the Tulsa Route 66 1/2 and Dallas White Rock 1/2 ooooh and the okc Turkey Trot.
